Attendance Policy

Posted January 23,2008

Because of the lack of attendance this week, we will be implementing the 2/3rds rule again this season. This means you need to attend 4 of our 6 meetings every week to be eligible to travel to Milwaukee in March. There will be a sign in book in the office starting tomorrow.

You are responsible for signing yourself in every day. If you forget, you have a one day grace period to correct your mistake. You may not sign anyone else but yourself in. If you have a conflict and cannot make a meeting (such as studying for a test or an appointment), email Katie, Aaron and Lance and let them know.

As was mentioned before, Thursday is our mandatory meeting day and counts for one of your 4 meetings you need to attend every week. We'll use this meeting to come together and talk about the robot, our progress, etc.
